We only focus on what we do best which is the letting & management of residential property. We are experienced in a wide range of property types, ranging from the smallest studio apartment to luxurious family homes. We attend regular training seminars with the Residential Tenancies Board, to ensure we are up-to-date with all legislation changes that affect our landlord clients.
We guarantee a personal service to all our clients. You will always deal directly with either one of us/both of us during the letting process. We will always be contactable and available to answer your queries.

We know letting property is not a 9-5 job, with many prospective tenants requesting to view properties outside office hours. That is why we offer viewings until 8pm mid-week, and Saturday & Sunday by appointment.
We understand the importance of choosing the right tenant for you. The first tenant through the door may not always be the most suited to your property. At Borgman Earls, we take time at viewings to get to know each tenant, and carry out a thorough background check prior to signing a tenancy agreement. All tenants are required to provide valid references, including proof of ID, confirmation of employment; previous landlord reference & copies of payslips and bank statements.
