Nick moved to Ireland in 2006, and has firmly established his family & home in Dublin. He began his career in the property industry not long after the crash of the late 1980’s. Since then he has acquired vast experience being involved in the buying, selling, letting & management of residential homes, for over 20 years. He has worked in both senior management and business consultancy roles for some of the leading Estate Agency firms in both the UK and Ireland. Nick is highly energetic, extremely competitive, and driven to deliver excellence in all that he does. He is always looking for innovative ways to make the rental process easier for his clients, whilst consistently delivering above and beyond their expectations. Tracy is originally from Wicklow & comes from a well-known family of entrepreneurs. She began her career in the Dublin Rental Market 8 years ago with one of the country’s leading estate agents. Starting out as a junior negotiator on the south side of the City; her strong work ethic, professionalism and ability to manage people soon pushed her up the career ladder. In 2008 she was promoted to a senior management role, & successfully ran one of the busiest lettings offices in Dublin’s City Centre. Tracy is an experienced property professional and has a special way with people. Her personality, energy, & knowledge of the market, and drive to succeed makes her stand out from the pack.
